Lynn Navares

Lynn is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, she is also an Ideal LifeVision certified coach, where she helps adults and teens get clear and detailed with their goals so they are empowered to create and achieve their Ideal Life!

Lynn has been using natural solutions for many years to help herself and her family. She has been trained as an essential oil therapist at Bastyr School of Natural Medicine in Seattle, Wa and continues to expand her knowlege with essential oils. She has also been certified to perform the AromaTouch Technique.
